Hi

Have just come back onto site and seen this tribute and have saved it. It is lovely George and so was the service at the church.
It was lovely that so many people showed up for "the wee man" as the minister put it and I have to say we miss him at the work and so do the young people.

I'm still having a time of it missing Bobby. The topic on removed railings had me going, 'Bobby would probably know'. :(

Me too Morag. We had our first meeting in Grants last Monday and he was so sorely missed, especially his enthusiasm. Still cant believe he's gone.

It's just not fair! When I finally plop my clogs I'm going to give the good lord an earful!
How did such a wee quiet man make such an impact?

DEREK GRAYSTON

Sad to see in today's Ardrossan & Saltcoats Herald that the late Bobby Grayston's son, Derek, has passed on in the Ayrshire Hospice at the age of 45.

Condolences to all his family and friends.

Our dear Morag - yesterday would have been two years since she 'popped her clogs' Wonder if she gave the Lord an earful!!!! I didn't know Bobby or his son but I send sincere condolences to the Grayson family.

Condolences to Derek's family and friends. So sad that he should go at so young an age. Although I never did meet Derek, I'm sure that if he was anything like his late father, Bobby, he'd have made a fine impression on those that knew him. Again, condolences to the family from our threetowners community.
