I noted that, Bonzo. Been enjoying the Jack Reacher books by Lee Child. Although his books are based in the USA he's from Birmingham in the UK - there are twenty-four Reacher books (he thought of the Reacher name for the character while in the supermarket ). Here's a link to the interview from our national Aussie broadcaster : Conversations - Lee Child.

Just finished Eleanor Oliphant is Completely Fine by Gail Honeyman. Started it a few months ago before lockdown - I thought it would be an easy train read going up and down to Glasgow but I found it hard to get into so set it aside. Picked it up again this week and couldn’t put it down. Set in Glasgow.

Reading The Glasgow Coma Scale by Neil D.A.Stewart, this is the first time I've read anything of his work.enjoying it so far .
Re: What are you reading now?
Death of Europe by Douglas Murray. About how Europe is being taken over by African / Asian immigrants and nothing is being done about it. This was mainly the reason for Brexit - but it hasn't resolved the problem. Watch the interview by Peter Robinson of the Hoover Institute.

A very good book could recommend it. She came from a very humble background from a hard working family.
She got herself an education and tried to keep her girls grounded whilst their father was president. Not an easy job
you'll agree.

Yes, she seems to be totally grounded and was a wonderful First Lady. It’s on my list of “to read”. Will go with your recommendation - I can’t seem to come away from Scottish noir at the moment - J D Kirk is my current author - serial killer in Inverness no less.

What a coincidence, " Becoming " is also the book I'm reading at present. It comes highly recommended from me too.

Could Michelle Obama run for the Democrats in 2024?
Biden will be, like, real old by then.
