HI, I'm hoping to visit Scotland in April and would love to visit New Street Cemetery, Stevenston. Can anyone give me directions ? Is it still in use ?

New Street Cemetery is closed. The people at theCemeteries Office in Saltcoats were very helpful a few years ago when I visited last.

2. Is Stevenston Cross. Glasgow, Ayr and Kilmarnock bus services stop here.
3. This is the entrance to the cemetery.
4. This direction from the train station. It's a straight road and perhaps four or five times the distance as from the cross.
