Ardeer School - New Headmaster
Mr Thomas Y. Hamilton, of 26 West Doura Avenue, Saltcoats, has been selected from a short leet of two to be the headmaster of Ardeer Public School, Stevenston. Mr Hamilton, who is aged 44 and married, has been a teacher at Kyleshill Public School, Saltcoats, since 1939.
