Hi Brian,
Had a look through the recipes I've saved. This is a Chicken Stir fry which I enjoyed. You can leave the nuts out if you prefer.

Many thanks for the reply Hughie. Last night i cooked Beef stir fry, the recipe was so easy which i got from BBC Good Food. The inhabitants enjoyed which will give me the confidence to move on to recipes such as yours.
500g stir fry beef
strips
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp dark soy sauce
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
small bunch spring onions
, sliced on the diagonal
200g roasted antipasto peppers
in oil or vinegar, drained and sliced
boiled rice
, to serve
Method
Put the beef in a medium non-metallic bowl and cover with the vinegar, soy and Worcestershire sauce. Leave to marinate for 20 mins, or if you have the time, overnight.
Heat a small dry wok until it’s very hot. Tip in the beef, marinade and spring onions, stir fry for 2 mins. Add the roasted peppers, then stir fry for a further 2 mins. Divide the stir fry between shallow bowls and serve with some boiled rice.

No they're not missing out. At least our Betty isn't. Just after 8.30 in the morning and I've got a stew on in the slow cooker.
Our group keeps in touch each Wednesday on Zoom during these virus problems.

I am missing out, Brian. But Bobby did most of the dinner cooking when we were both working so it is my time to step up to the plate.
He is very good at washing dishes though.

Netta - I enjoy doing the dishes as well.
Tell Bobby if he runs out of Brillo pads to get a bit of tin foil roll it up into a ball -it works well for the pots. Brothers in arms
