Our New Men's Kitchen

Here's an image of our new men's kitchen which my pal from Ardrossan, Bobby McCubbin and I attend each week. Can't stress enough what a great thing our men's kitchen has been for us in retirement. We've made some great friends, and over lunch with a glass of wine have solved most of the world's problems.
The brownie points for bringing home dinner are mounting - we could do some really bad things and be forgiven. Ha hahaha.

Hi Morag,
The men's kitchen is just one of the activities in Drysdale's neighbourhood house. I think it's been going about eight years, Bobby and I joined about five years ago.
Other activities there.

Wow...quite comprehensive! We have similar classes but not as many in one place and varies from city to city, this area is more a collection of small town 'cities'! I imagine in L.A. there'd be a bigger selection. But we do not bad!

Had a great day in our kitchen on Wednesday - sorry you missed it Bobby, but then you were on the high seas being waited on.
We prepared all the ingredients and bought the bases from Woollies, then each of us made up our own pizzas - we'd bought pizza boxes from the local pizza shop for transportation. There was talk about a prize for presentation - all I can say is that our's tasted lovely.
Will catch up with you and Netta at the Drysdale Hotel for our Xmas break-up on Wednesday.

I remember seeing an egg on a pizza for the first time in New Zealand. I think they were called 'gourmet' pizzas. I've another name for them
