The Scottish Premiership

Post by bonzo »

What's everybody's thoughts? I can't see past celtic winning it. Don't think Rangers will be quite ready to challenge. Aberdeen will promise great things but bottle it towards the end.

At the other end I really fear for Kilmarnock think they'll struggle with all the youngsters they've brought in. Also I think Dundee will be in the mix for relegation.

A good start for Celtic with a 2-1 win at Hearts. The winning goal scored by a player who had just signed was the ink dry ? Scott Sinclair.

Unless Celtic - who've been the Champions for the past 5 years - suffer a major collapse I think there's only going to be one winner.
1: Celtic
2: Hearts / Aberdeen
3: Aberdeen / Hearts
4: Rangers

Edit: Added Rangers in 4th place here as they're an unknown quantity in the top league at present and only time will tell if they're going to mount any sort of serious challenge this coming season.

Celtic look a stronger outfit this year. Last season they were only leigh Griffiths away from losing the league.

Michael-Celtic have done well securing the services of Brendan Rogers. When he was in charge of Liverpool what attacking football was played from the kick -off a treat to watch before it went down hill. The only concern you might have is if Celtic start leaking in goals at the back like the other famous Glasgow team...

I think Liverpools attacking prowess was more to do with a certain wee bitey Uruguayan guy.

1 Rangers
2 St Johnstone
3 Celtic
4 Aberdeen
Think st Johnstone have been strong over the last few seasons and will hold off celtic who will struggle in league due to their europa lge commitments

I'm insulted by your cheap shot. As a matter a fact I've never taken a drug in my life. Must have hit a nerve. Then my work is done :)
