Re: Ardrossan men star in Aussie Kitchen
A much loved local elder citizen rang me today saying she'd seen my entry in the above magazine. She's got the vegie's all cut up ready to go. Hope it all works out for her. Funny thing is the staff at our men's kitchen lost the original recipe. A staff member inserted another from the internet.

Congrats, Bob in my younger days an outsider bit of Scottish PLAIN pride bread covered with lemon curd was delicious.

It really is good. The grandkids gave it 10 out of 10 and they don't give out 10s easily. Curried sausages are on the request list too. Hope theses two men never give up Men's kitchen.

Re: Ardrossan men star in Aussie Kitchen
Hugh,
I now know where to come for my Christmas cakes. I don`t know about you but as I get older I really am beginning to miss Ardrossan, remembering the good old days. The town has change dramatically I think the so called planners have ruined it. But as they say that`s progress.
On a sad note, do you remember Willie Armstrong from Paisley Street. I was with him a month back, he was confined to his bed for several years. I`m now sorry to say he passed away the other week.
Hugh got to go and feed our horses but will give you a full briefing later on.
My kindest regards to all. It is lovely making contact again.
Frank.

Nice to see you here, Frank. Yes, I remember Willie. His brother Jim was a good mate of mine - he even procured Willie's running spikes for me so I could win the hundred yards at our school's sports at Winton Park - that wisnae yesterday.
