in the last couple of hours, I'm getting adverts for a games site whenever I click on 'visit our forum.'

I also just got one when I tried to enter the title to this new topic.

Is this something at your end?

Hi John,

That shouldn't be happening. Clicking on that link on the left of the home page www.threetowners.com should take you to straight to the forum. The only ad you will see as a logged in member is at the very end of a topic, so you'd need a couple of clicks to get there.

You should check your machine for adware.

I would also recommend Adblock - it's a plugin which stops these popups/flash adverts appearing. I use it with Chrome and never have a prob. If you need help installing it, drop me a pm

The problem seems to have resolved itself after a few days. No more bother now.
