GLASGOW HERALD
19 JUNE 1912
HOLIDAY RESORT – ARDROSSAN
Although there has been a good deal of rain during the last few days, the weather is by no means unpleasant. The sea has been very smooth for some time, and many people have patronised the various excursion steamers which continue to do good business, especially at the week-end. HMS SHELDRAKE lay in the harbour over Sunday, and attracted a good many visitors. The golf course is proving very popular, quite a number of people who have taken houses having joined for that period.
