October sun
When I eventually got out of my bed this morning I noticed that we had a light overnight frost. This was only evident in the areas that the sun hadn't penetrated. By mid day things were looking up, the light overnight frost had gone and the temperature felt quite warm. Went out a saunter, this time I had my camera, and to my surprise, at Stevenston point, there were some young lads in swimming. Over at Saltcoats harbour those pursuing aquatic sports had a more sensible approach, they were well wrapped up.
