So sad to read of the death of Joe Howie (also known as Junior and Yosif) - he was a good friend of my brother Ian, and always seemed to be around our house when I was growing up. Poor Joe and Ian used to have to babysit me when my parents went out at the weekend - not an easy job

I am a wee bit confused, I thought Joe Howie married Sadie McIntyre. Was their another Joe Howie known as Junior.

Hi.Joe did Marry Sadie .Junior was Joes Cousin.

Just found that out this morning - sorry about the confusion - of course Joe married Sadie - put it down to jet lag (and getting old!!!!)

Rest in peace, Junior. Kirkhall Drive produced many a good lad. From my recollections you were one.
