The Stone of Destiny
On this day in 1996 the Stone of Destiny was finally returned to Scotland.
I'm still saving up for a signature.

George, I believe there's at bit of dubiety about the authenticity of the stone. This came about after it was stolen by students, was it late 50's or early 60's. There's a theory that, the stone was broken during this episode in it's history.

Re: The Stone of Destiny
That's if it hadn't already been hustled away before Longshanks got his grubby paws on it. I'm still going with the theory that he kidnapped a cludgie seat made from local sandstone and that the real Stone (made of volcanic rock?) is Who-Knows-Where.
