Hi, Hugh. I had to log on when I was replying, but didn't have to this time so you must have fixed something.
Now I will show how dumb I am - what are cookies - apart from the edible kind?????

Hi Josephine
Look on your screen, probably above the address bar for where it says, 'File' / 'Edit' / 'View' / 'Favorites' / 'Tools' / 'Help'.
Click on 'Tools', then click on 'Internet Options', go to 'Temporary Internet Files' and click on 'Settings' Voila! From there you can view and reset your cookies...At least that's how mine works.
