Great photo Frona. Are your question marks - vis (??) maybe in the wrong place? There is definitely someone between James McIsaac, who is third from the left in the back row, and George Macintyre, who is fifth along.
Nothing is ever really lost to us as long as we remember it.

Hi all, definitely me third one in, cannot remember who is between me and George MacIntyre. Mind you I’m at the stage of going upstairs then thinking why did I come up here.
Many thanks for posting the photo, will keep me wondering for ages!

Hi you are right, the ?? are in the wrong place, they should be between Jim or and George. He was obviously much quieter than them that’s why I can’t remember his name. I know that he went to Stanley after the school split but other than that I cant remember.
Also I think I misnamed the boy next to Morag Dunlop, I think his name was Tommy Ashmead, not Ashcroft. I’m still trying to remember the surnames of Emily and Hannah which I’m sure I knew until recently, perhaps if I keep looking at the photo it might trigger something or make me feel even older given that 61 years has passed since it was taken.

Keep smiling and using the anti wrinkle cream.

Kind regards
Frona
