I think your hand/eye coordination will diminish but that will depend on how much you are willing to practice. I think Robert Thornton is still on the pro tour (might be wrong) so he'll still be getting plenty of practice in. Look at Peter Wright he's in his 50s now and getting better with age.

Robert got a wee mention on the A&S Herald website, I reckon it'll have made a few national Newspapers as well. He's made a wee bit of darting history there as that's the first ever Seniors World Championship.
