I can vaguely remember Mr Gibson he was headmaster at Eglinton when I was at Winton. He stayed in a house next to the burn across from the plantation.
My brother was hurt in an accident while playing football at school. Mr Gibson went out of his way to help him at the time of the accident and during the long period of convalesce. Incidentally it was the introduction of penicillin that eventually saved my brother’s life.
Mr Morrison followed him as headmaster of Eglinton.
