Searching for a phrase in threetowners

Post by Hughie »

Often you'll find it hard to track down a topic with a phrase containing common words that get ignored by our internal search engine.

Next time try searching using Google, prefacing your search with "threetowners"
Example: threetowners signs of the past (1).

A better search would be:

signs of the past (1) site:threetowners.net

That restricts the search to threetowners.net

As a DD (digital dinosaur), you'll have to clarify that for me.
Exactly what should I type in the search box?
What is the significance of the '(1)' ??
JD.

Hi John, the (1) is just part of the exact topic subject line I was searching for - there are (1) - through (6) topics with the same phrase. If you simply added the following into Google:
"signs of the past site:threetowners.net" without the number you'd likely get them all.
