looks similar to 1951 Chevrolet Deluxe Bel Air

that being said it's done in the style of a Fat Fendered Resto Rod,
the wheels are not stock and are modern ,and the chrome is restored and the paint more than likely a modren colour or should that be color

Hi stivis, I have not been on for some time so please accept my apologies.
I think you are spot on with the model "Bel Air" and it was a convertable, not sure what was under the bonnet though.

they have to use what they can,while all the parts are available in the USA,they have to make the Cubans have to make the body part and with the engines a straight six might replace a V8 or visa versa or a Russian truck engine .
I'm guessing here but it might be the Ry Cooder film the Bueno Vista social Club that shows very briefly car repairs by the roadside
