English F.A.cup
Just watched Shrewsbury v Liverpool,a2-2 draw.Klopp states he will play a youth team in the replay, but will Liverpool still charge fans first team entry to the game.He blames fixture congestion, but we are talking about athletes(highly paid)who can surely fit in an extra game to their cosseted lifestyle.

Hi GordMac,
I have a notion, (more than that), than Liverpool aren't interested in the cup anymore.
They're so confident of winning the league, that they're concentrating on not running up any unnecessary injuries.
I also watched the game and already had that impression. They expected to win easily but got a surprise.

Shrewsbury, who will get half the gate-money, might be hoping so!

Don't be in any doubt that Liverpool's priority is winning the Premier League, which, barring the biggest shock in sporting history is already assured. Their next priority is to retain the Champion's League title, the final of which will be played in Turkey exactly a week after the English Cup Final. The English Cup final is therefore a nuisance to them - unless they're knocked out of the Champions League early.John Donnelly wrote: ↑Mon Jan 27, 2020 10:35 am Hi GordMac,
