I'm saddened to read about the passing of Bernard.
He was several years younger than me but I remember him well. His older brother Michael was in my class at St John's.
Our thoughts and prayers are with the family.

I ran about with the walsh's when I lived in Misk Knowes back in the 50's. They lived next to the lane leading to Ardoch Crescent.

Have no doubt Heaven is a happier place with Bernard arriving , condolences to all the Family he will be missed.
Spent great years of my life playing football with Bernard and Michael with St John,s.
