The best wee scottish sweet was the easiest tae make an the cheapest, here 's the recipe.take a wee broon bag fill it hauf foo wi sugar. Take one big stalk of rhubarb fae the gairden gie it a rinse under the tap,go oot an sit on the front steps, dip your rhubarb in the sugar and enjoy your self while you watch the folk go by.Ah! I can remember it well, how simple things were then,and it tasted great tae. :wink:
