Tea Loaf

Just made this, and it really is lovely.
500g mixed fruit
200g light soft brown sugar
250ml hot strong tea
Mix above together, cover, & leave overnight
1 large egg (lightly beaten)
250g SR flour
Add the above to the soaked fruit and mix well before adding mixture to a 2lb (or slightly larger) loaf tin. Bake at 160c (fan) for 1hr 30mins or until firm to touch. Cool in tin for 15mins before cooling fully on wire rack.
