Tiramisu

Ingredients: 5 eggs, 5 spoons sugar, 1/2 kilo mascarpone cheese. Enough coffee for 6 expresso cups. Packet of savoiardi biscuits. Cover a flat dessert bowl with the biscuits. Divide the egg whites from the yolks. Add the sugar and mascarpone to the yolks and beat till smooth.
Beat the egg whites with an electric mixer until like snow then add them to the mascarpone. Cover the savoiardi biscuits with the coffee then with the creamy mixture and leave in the fridge overnight. Before serving sprinkle chocolate powder on top. Serves 6.
