Not the men's kitchen but close...

Post by Meg »

I'm off to the Cook School Scotland tomorrow (it's near Crosshouse) for a day's instructions on how to cook Vietnamese food. This was a Christmas present from my son. We will be preparing (and eating) the following :

Cha Cha Curry of Ginger, Coconut and Dill
Hanoi Prawn Cakes
Nuoc Cham Dipping Sauce
Cha Bo Vietnamese Beef and Sesame Patties
Vietnamese Summer Rolls with Prawn, Crab, Ginger and Mint
Banana Pancakes with Mango Sorbet

Yum ...

It's a great day if you enjoy cooking - already been to the Curry, Barbecue and shellfish days over the last couple of years. Is your men's kitchen ready to start for the autumn/winter Hughie?

We are on a break from our men's kitchen at the moment and don't start back till the 19th. We have much the same holidays as the schools and at present it's end of term.

Enjoy your Vietnamese cooking, sounds yummy!
