Visiting family help scoff the lot - they loved it. It had onion, mushrooms, ham, bacon, green peppers, hot salami, three types of cheese and two eggs. Four minutes in our new commercial oven. :)

They always give the thumbs up, Brian. Though this week I'm not so sure. The shepherd's pie wasn't the best but the other dish, Mongolian beef was alright. Looking forward to one of my favourites next week, sausage rolls, second dish is a sweet a sour. :)

Brian, I am always happy to see Bobby come home with the two containers full. This week We thought the beef was a wee bit tough. I haven' t tasted the shepherds pie as I had an upset tummy yesterday, can't blame the beef as Bobby had that at the class for lunch and he was ok.

Hi Brian,
We made an odd but nice dish this week but I never took a copy of the recipe. It went something like this. Cook sausages --> chop into bite size, throw into shallow dish. Grate Zucchini, carrots, unions and spread over the sausages. Add some mozzarella cheese then pour a milk and flour mixture you would when making a quiche and bake till set.

The other team made a pork curry and as usual we took both dishes home. Wife isn't a fan of curry or any hot stuff, so I had the pork the second night all to myself which I enjoyed. Next week is our last in the kitchen this year - the following week we let others cook for us at our Christmas break up at our local hotel. Back next year on the 29 January as we have holidays at the same time as the schools - this will be our Summer holidays.

Brian, they went back last Wed but first day back they usually have a bbq (or sometimes a roast)
Not much came home, a sausage and a hamburger.
Hopefully this week will be back to normal.
