On the way through Southern Cross Railway Station in Melbourne this morning, I came across this. Had it been later in the day I might have had some Pumpkin, a big favourite here.

A wee cafe near my office has 3 signs:
“Today’s soup is... Lentil”
“Today’s soup is... Scotch Broth”
and
“Today’s soup is... finished"

Just getting in to soup weather here. My husband used to make an awesome clam chowder. S.California doesn't really lend itself to soup.
