My Italian wife made some the other night using whole meal gluten-free flour - no tatties mind you - for our youngest daughter. I wish I hadn't said I'd enjoyed them as she is now "threatening" to make more!!!!!

Looking for a genuine recipe for tattie scones which I love hot with melted BUTTER - tae he** with substitutes!
