I recognise Alister Kelly, first at the clocking out station and Maureen Dickson, a few others I can't put a name to

I thought it was Michael Kelly, Alistair's brother? Others I recognised were Chris Giffney (Fireman), Dominic Gribben (Maintenance Team), and Gordon Quinn (who was in a control room scene).

Saw Bobby's cousin, Marie Findlay. Had hoped to see his sisters but they must have been camera shy

When I was a wee girl, (many moons ago), I also lived on New Street (36) and I remember all the busses that come up the street from the factory. And such a narrow street too by today's standards. My mum and dad both worked there and I worked on Nobel House for a couple of years when I left school.

Recognised your late Sister Ann right away gerv.

As well as a few others who've already been identified, Think I can see Linda Sturgeon, Molly Taylor and Liz Alexander in there at various points as well. Also wee Jean Ferguson giving us a cheeky wee smile at 10.05.
Ronnie Ferguson and Matt Thomson in there when the workers are leaving at the end of their shift. Angus Wylie might be there as well but I'm not 100% sure if it's him or not.

There's many more I recognise, but some names escape me at the moment.

I hope the link works. These buildings, which still stand to this day, are fairly close to the Factory entrance. I always assumed they were offices, but I recall being told they were laboratories.

I actually need to go down there someday. Never walked the ICI area in my life.

Yes, they were labs, as all the HQ depts were in Nobel House outside the gates.
The main building was always known as "K31".

Thanks. As I recall Nobel House was reasonably modern in comparison though. So where were the main offices before then?

Mitchy,
Yes, Nobel House was very modern, and in the first couple of years was known as "Compact", the title of an office-based TV soap in the early 60s (real Memory Lane stuff there). Prior to NH being opened around 1963, the main offices had actually been in Glasgow for decades - the old Beresford Hotel in Sauchiehall St., I think, was the last location before Ardeer.
