Looking for information on Andrew BOYD who married Jean COGHILL. His parents were Samuel BOYD and Sarah ANDERSON. Sarah just seems to disappear and then I find Samuel married to Elizabeth WHITE.
Any connections anyone please - I'm going around in circles!

You are probably aware that Samuel is buried at Stevenston High Kirk
The inscription on the headstone is recorded as follows:
C25 Erected by Samuel Boyd in memory of his wife Elizabeth White died 6 April 1877 age 58 years his son John Boyd died 19 May 1898 age 41 years the above Samuel Boyd died 1 July 1903 aged 83 years.
