The ... What are you doing or thinking right now - Topic

Post by Hughie »

Me? I'm sitting here trying to perfect "George Brabazon's Second Air" on my moothie.
A beautiful tune written in the 18th century by the blind Irish composer, Turlough O'Carolan.
So, what are you doing now? Apart from replying to this topic. :puter

Having coffee and muffin (I bet Hughie is surprised) in Beanscene, Alloway Street, Ayr (in case anyone wants to join me!) for breakfast.
I'm still saving up for a signature.

I know you are partial to such things, George. Betty has just reminded me we all had muffins and coffee together in Ballarat here in Oz just a few short months ago. Interesting place is Ballarat, two of our grandchildren were born there - it's also the home of our Eureka Stockade the birthplace of democracy in Australia.

Watching Strictly Come Dancing and enjoying a glass of Cabernet Sauvignon after a hard day at Cook School - making curry (the cook school day was a birthday present from my husband!)

Searching online for new laptops.
Birthday present for my ladyfriend but getting carried away and decided I need a new one too!
My old Dell is on its last legs. Thinking of getting an Acer Aspire with latest Intel i7 processor.
Any thoughts anyone?

Back from swimming and a snack lunch at Hays Garden Centre Symington - although it is freezing and piddling down, need to think about next spring and plant some bulbs.
