is that at 10 pm GMT
Right, that'll be eleven o'clock my time.
I'm usually starting on my night-cap while watching the BBC ten o'clock news.

It's past my bed time, but I'd lift my glass to Morag any time.

Sorry JD - George and I were out in Glasgow this evening so we missed the 10pm toast. :(

Good idea, John. Sorry I missed the toast, took the wife to the hairdresser - she doesn't drive now. It would have been 9am here anyway. not a time to be drinking. Maybe for folks like me we could make it 10pm local time on a designated day if we made it a regular event.
Let's see where this goes.

After teasing Meg about early-morning drinking, we didn't expect you Antipodians to be at the same time . JD.

Brian, hi.

Virus-wise, not a lot to report here, thank goodness.
24 cases so far in NL, only one or two serious, and no deaths.
We're a wee bit unsocial here. Unlike the Italians who always seem to be round at the Rellies, the Dutch are much more stay-at-home.
This is probably a major reason why the virus is not spreading like in some other countries.
Anti-bacterial hand-gel hasn't been seen on shop shelves in weeks and nobody is shaking hands or kissing when meeting friends.
One hospital closed for a week after they discovered that they had a patient with it in IC which they hadn't picked up. Bit of a scandal going on about that one.
Apart from that, life is going on pretty-well as normal.

JD. - I hope it continues like this.

John. Boris Johnson outlined his coronavirus action plan today which you will catch later in the news. I just hope the public don't panic as it will make things a lot worse(food shortages) etc. Hopefully, fingers x it will come to an end with warmer weather.

Brian,
I caught Boris on the 6 'clock news.
As usual, he mouthed a load of platitudes and said absolutely nothing.
Good luck.
