Hells Bells

Re the Waterford Whispers News Posting

I maybe shouldn't have posted in that section
But No one saw it as what it is humour
If anyone bothered to look beyond the article at the others they would have got the gist of the publication

I mean Putin saying " he was only a pawn in the game"
Philip and the Queen ...."..Peasant hunting"
Arlene Foster.well read it

You should or would also note they refer to "the Queen of England"
The title should have said something Waterford .....Ireland

The Intro I did.
Should I have said something more akin to the posting of "This You Tube Clip is hilarious" and in truth it's a funny as a slipped bicycle chain or Alan Carr

I quoted one quotation from Mark Twain , there are hundreds of them by Twain

The remark about saying what I thought of him, unjustified
Actually if anyone read all his supposed gaffes , read them and imagine say Robin Williams saying them
They are really witty, but his position throws you

The institution of the monarchy in 2021 is abhorrent when children in even London are dying of malnutrition
and a family especially the upper end pay for nothing

Indeed some MP wants or wanted the public to pay for the Queen's financial losses, well not actual losses but the lack of her invested capital's growth

And folk are having to use FoodBanks

I resisted the temptation to ask one "when his period of transportation was up?"

It was humour It hardly MY FAULT you didn't get it

Stivis, hi.
I had never heard of the Waterford Whispers.
I did pick up on the satire, but found the tone negative and unpleasant.
The piece was thrust upon me out of the blue where I had no clue to where it was coming from. I was thus at a considerable disadvantage in placing its antecedents. This is what we get when hijacking other folk's humour and satire. It's best to make our own points using our own humour and satire. That way, we all know who we're talking to, know where they're coming from and are better prepared to judge how to take it on board.

Personally I thought it was all very humorous great for a laugh stuff too. Reminded me a bit of that old classic tv comedy show .. 'Spitting Image'

Look, at the end of the day we are all human. It must be terrible losing a partner after 70 + years married.

The good news, Waterford Whispers latest issue is done
And the Royals get it again

"Man Wanted By FBI For Questioning Takes Questions About His Dad From UK Media Instead"

Go on you want to!!!

And remember
"You cannot open a book without learning something."
Confucius
Next quotation will be by Sun Tzu (or not)

I'm sorry folks.
You just don't get it.
TTT's is about Stevenston, Saltcoats and Ardrossan and the the folk who either live there or come from there.
If you want to watch the Waterford Whispers, do it on line, not on here.
