Really like the picture of Buchanan St. Got me thinking, I haven't been in Glasgow since the end of February :(
Those wimin were in the nip.

I wonder how they get that effect with the water in the third photo. "North Berwick's Tantallon Castle photographed by Steven Lapsley." I've seen this effect used a few times - I like it but it seems doctored?

Never seems to amaze me these beautiful images from my native land. :D

Hughie - George advises you need a slow shutter speed - more than 1 second - this means you also need to reduce the light entering the lens by using a dark filter.

Thanks, Meg. Remember the light in his eyes when we took him to our local trash and treasure place near us when he visited - think he bought a few older cameras for his collection - hope the violins aren't overwhelming your spare room. Ha haha.

Hughie - Cameras, violins, coins, stamps, old letters, cds, 45s, the list goes on and on ....

We’re planning on downsizing next year when George retires - and we’ve started filling a storage unit already :roll:
