What is your way of keeping the brain nourished . Is it reading books, solitaire, jigsaws, learning new skills or i have missed something out..

All of those plus transcribing texts and playing digital wimmelbook games, which helped me with my memory problems after some illnesses.

Quiz programmes on the TV. The brain needs a lot of oxygen, so perhaps a little jogging along the beach every now and then...................
