Most of the scaffolding is now down, and all the exterior stonework repointed. New windows have been installed where previously there were holes.

Not sure what's happening inside.

Currently covered in scaffolding, being restored by the Irvine Bay regeneration project. Not sure of the final intention - I had heard rumours of shop/restaurant downstairs, offices upstairs.

Remember that this is a private car park, not a council one. So they cannot issue "fines" for non-payment, or overstaying. It's purely a civil matter between the car park owner and the driver . They will apply to DVLA to get the details of the car owner , and send that person a bill. But t...
