Re: The Scottish Premiership
At least VB didn't have the so-called supporters baying loud and long for his blood as Lennon did.

Rugby vs Football Standards
Lately, I have been watching Rugby AND Football games on YouTube and noted the following: Todays footballers: 1. appear to be a bunch of "snowflakes". Go anywhere near them and down they go writhing in fake agony. Of course, five minutes later, they're running a 4-minute mile. 2. melee if ...

Re: Ronaldo's Dummy Spit
No one player is more important than the team. Ronaldo refused to come onto the field as a substitute - Erik Ten Hag!

Re: Ronaldo's Dummy Spit
A big-head who forgets a team consists of 11 players and substitutes. What age is he now, 38 I believe and at the end of his career! He'd never have done it under Jock Stein, Walter Smith or Alex Ferguson. Any of those managers would have ripped him a second a**ehole! United should drop the hammer o...

Ronaldo's Dummy Spit
As an unused substitute for the Spurs match, he spits the dummy and walks down the tunnel before the match ends? I'm surprised his head fitted!

Re: Happy birthday - Jim McCreadie
Many thanks to all. We enjoyed the afternoon having lunch and drinks at the Royal Perth Yacht Club where one of our sons-in-law is a member. Unfortunately, our eldest twin daughter was unable to attend as she works FIFO (Fly In Fly Out) in the Pilbara.

Re: Midweek Euro Football nights.
Well done to Rangers for their win against PSV particularly being without Alfredo Morelos. It appears he has spat the dummy with Colak now being Rangers favoured striker. Morelos is a liability (indiscipline) and most recently cost Rangers two valuable points; they were already down to ten men!

Re: Is Sorry the Hardest Word?
So many Richard Craniums! I also read "Campaigners are petitioning the government to introduce a tax on artificial lawns "in order to act as a deterrent and encourage land owners towards less damaging and more sustainable options". One of the campaigners calling for the tax, says plas...

Despite our Dad being a butcher, our regular Saturday order at the Co-op van was
" A pound of mince, a pound of stew, nine one double two (9122)".
In my 70s now and it's never forgotten!
