Lamlash, June 15 – The St. Fillan, brigantine, from Ardrossan to Belfast, with coals, put back with main masthead and all attached carried away off Sanda Light in a squall last night.

At Kilmarnock Sheriff Court on Thursday, CHARLES BAIN, Saltcoats, pled guilty to the charge of striking a merchant from Glasgow a blow over the region of the kidneys, in a railway carriage at Saltcoats, some time ago, and was fined in £2.

Cardiff, June 13 – The steamer MAGGIE, whilst on a passage from Cardiff to Ardrossan, broke propeller off at shaft about 3 miles off Breaksea on the 11th instant, and had to engage tug assistance to tow her back to Cardiff.
