Keyboard Tutor
After almost 5 weeks of listening to Mary had a little Lamb and Joy to the World, played by my daughter on her new keyboard. I am hoping any fellow 3 towners will be able to save my sanity and recommend a keyboard tutor in the 3 towns. I can get plenty of piono tutors, but alas, my house is not big ...

Unicorn, The Teevans stayed in Rowanside Terrace all their days, but their daughter Betty, who worked in the Labour Club in Saltcoats for years, lives in Central Avenue. Donna

I've been hearing it said in another topic that there isn't much traditional Scottish music learned in school these days , but we certainly did with Mrs McDougall around. Susan I know it's not quite the same as the traditional music referred to, but my daughter, who is in P4 at St Peter's in Ardros...

Also Mrs Hughes, my old maths teacher, who tried so hard to drum the Cosine rule into my head, but, to this day, I don't get it! She was a great teacher, we always had a laugh in her class, even though I hated the subject, she made it bearable, with her wit and sense of humour. Donna

Susan, Returning once again to your original photograph, whilst he wasn't a Threetowner and to the best of my knowledge never worked within its boundaries, second from the left in the front row is Jim Berry of Irvine who might be recognised by one or two formers pupils of St. Michaels. I recall see...

Does anyone else remember the primary school, St Peters annexe, Ailsa Gardens. I went there before going to St Peters on South Beach. That was a fantastic school. Walking to school along the beach, sometimes getting soaked in the sea spray, blocking the burn. Ah, them wis the days. John Northcote. ...
