My appointment is on May 6 Meg, two months after the operation. I hope it will be better before then. Am I just unlucky? Thanks Meg. I start physio on Monday. I never imagined it would be such a lengthy, painful process or I doubt I would have got it done. And the fact that I was operated while concious, numbed only from the waist down, and heard all the surgeons comments for the best of two hours, it was a nightmare...

If it’s a replacement it’ll take a while - physio is really important though.

We’re doing absolutely nothing Brian but eat, sleep, read books - repeat. Weather’s a bit mixed but it’s warm and dry.
