Don't forget to take her on the back road (High road?) to West Kilbride
where she can take a photie jist like the wan at the tope o the page - if
it's no rainin', that is.
Which segues nicely into the story about the tourist who asks a Three
Towns local what the weather's going to be like in the next few days.
He replies: "Well, how ye forecast the weather aboot here is like this -

Hello all again!
Had a great week showing my friend around Scotland. From Saltcoats through Largs to Helensburgh. Past the Rest and be Thankful, through Inverary to Oban. Across the other side to Edinburgh and visiting pals in Cupar and Dundee. Wonderful time but nice to be back.
