In our men's kitchen today here in Oz we made Sushi. A lovely Chinese lady has joined us, she has retired after being in the business for years, so Bobby, I and the rest of the men are looking forward to her presence in our kitchen showing us some new meals to cook. Ultimately gaining more brownie points at home.




The tube with the green lid was Wasiby -- hot hot. The pink stuff was pickled ginger - very nice. And of course Soya sauce.

Hugh, Bobby didn't bring his copy of the recipe home. Can you copy yours and give it to him next week. Thanks. My computer and printer have fallen out with each other. lol

Fantastic post Hughie, The photos are great,explaining the sauces and i have said before the mens kitchen is a brilliant idea. Maybe that nice lady will have you cooking dim sum soon !
