Ontario Provincial Judge Helen Back, was under fire today on the local news for incarcerating a young man from Newfoundland. The young man was charged by Judge Back with public nudity and disorderly conduct. The young man was told he would be committed to community service at the Judges choosing.The man who first laid the complaint (Who is homosexual) now dropped the charges and explained the circumstances to the court. The young man from Newfoundland 's case has now to go through the judicial system again. And charges of emotional abuse by the province against Judge Helen Back will be filed in court the same day.The young man ,being escorted from the court room in handcuffs was asked by the local media why he publicly displayed nudity, and he said (a true Scotsman dont wear anything under his kilt) He smiled, and was taken back to Brockville jail, and is to appear in court again on 5/ 20/ 2005

That's a bit o' guid news Josephine, make sure Chizzell sues them for wrongful incarceration. Onywey, it luks like he'll be oot next week and yez kin get oan the road tae Australia. Luks like aboot twinty fur dinner oan the Setterday and aboot thurty oan the Sunday et the reunion.

Yo Wee Boney, here he is in that offa place, poor Chizzell he's never lost his winnin smile or his sense o humer in spite o aw the mess he's in. The inmates huv already named him ''Mr. Congeniality'' of cell block 13. He's tickled pink that they like him, bit he disnae like the striped uniform, they said he could wear the kilt wi the shirt an hat.The inmates jist love his kilt, they aw shout nice things tae him in his cell,an they rattle their tin cups alang the bars.He's been tellin them aw aboot the trip tae OZ an they've been askin him a lot o questions about how he's gonni get there an whit kinna transportation hus he gote.Anyway he goes back tae court next Friday so we'll know better then whits tae happen tae him. His Mother fun oot aw aboot it an says she's cummin tae take him hame,if he does get oot. A dread huvin tae tell him we might no make the reunion. It will break his hert an mine tae.
