Harry Maxwell - Kilwinning

Post by dickiemax »

Harry Maxwell is my cousin whom I last heard of about 6 years ago. He would be aged 97. Last address was Kilwinning. Wondering if anyone has heard whether he is still around and where I can contact him.

Hi dickiemax
Would that be Henry McKinnon Maxwell, mother's maiden name Murdoch?

Hi Irene: I don't think this is the same Maxwell. His father Tom Maxwell worked with the town council in Stevenston. I do not remember his mother's name far less her maiden name. The family grew up in Stevenston, on Glebe Street and had a contractors business. Harry and his wife (her names escapes me) lived in a bungalow near the station in Kilwinning.

Thanks for replying

Harry was my cousin, on my fathers side. His mothers first name was Nellie. Not sure if he worked for his uncles contractors business but he did join the Navy. He died a few years ago.
