SFA are going to announce the appointment of George Burley as our new manager tomorrow.Good choice i think.Looked into the Tartan Army site ,everyone seems quite pleased.

Re: new manager
Hi Oilers,Burley has been confirmed as manager.Breakin news is he wants Terry Butcher as his number 2.Ex England captian as Scottish no 2,hmmph,thats not going to go down well with the Tartan Army.
Re: new manager
Hi Alan... Kenny Dalgleish should have applied for the English job with Sir Alex as his asssistant, At least these 2 can speak English not like Fabio
Re: new manager
Oh ,no Oilers, whit a thought. If ,as is rumoured,we play Englandshire in a friendly in May,and they beat us with Kenny and Alex in charge !,They would go from national fitba heros to national pariahs overnight.Fortunatley there is not a snowballs chance of that ever happening.

Re: new manager
Will Arsene Wenger be the bext manager to get the sack after Claudio Ranieri?
Re:Gordon Strachan
Saw Gordon Strachan at the Sheffield Wednesday V Burton Albion match on Tuesday night,as there were a few Scottish players eligible to play for Scotland on both sides.Depending who you supported it was a good game(a 1-1 draw).
Re: new manager
Don't know about Burton albion but Fletcher, Rhodes, Wallace and bannan are all at Wednesday I think.
Those wimin were in the nip.
Re: new manager
Oh dear. Where will Carlo Ancellotti go now? Perhaps he'll just retire.

Re: new manager
He will be saught after by top clubs around the world with his record for winning trophies. Easily one of the best modern day managers out there. Think retirement will be the furthest thing from his mind.
Re: new manager
No he's not retiring but he's going to 'rest' for 10 months!
