George Morrison/Jane Stevenston

I am looking for any information i.e. bmds on George Morrison and his wife Jane Stevenston they had a son Robert born 1909 Saltcoats. Can anyone help with their births or parents please

Hi Sandra, welcome to threetowners.
I can't help on the background of the Morrison name connected to my family, other than to to say that my aunt Grace McCallum b. Saltcoats C1908 married a Robert Morrison whose place of birth is unknown to me. They were married before 1932 and raised their family, three boys and one girl in Nineyard Street in Saltcoats, directly across the road from what was then the Mission Coast Home.

Thank you for the replies, I have Robert's birth 19 sep 1909 Quay St Saltcoats.
George worked at the dyamite factory. I will check with Scotlands People for him and thank you also for the correct name of Jeanie. I am grateful. If anyone does find any more about them I would welcome the facts.
