disk defrager

I am trying to sort out my son's notebook and was going to defrag it but the defrager is missing.Is there anyway I can download another one.

Linda, the answer is probably yes, but what operating system does the notebook presently run?
I'm still saving up for a signature.

It is windows xp but I have managed to get it working now.took me about 4 hours as I had to download IE for him as that was missing as well...

Oddly enough, while reading these posts I see an advert at the bottom of the page for a free defrag download. Looks like the BOTs are doing their job well.

thanks for the info.I have got it working now.The middle boy wants his laptop fixed as well.think I will need to start charging lol

Advanced System Care from the above source(s) is a good "get out of jail free" utility

I can recommend http://www.oo-software.com/en/free for a good defrag tool - runs much faster than the window's built in one
