Hi Oilers,Yes he was manager of Hearts for 12 games, won 9 drawn 1,lost 2.He is the Manager of Southampton(St Mary,s Park). The situation at the moment is that the SFA have ratified his nomination and are now in talks with Southampton over contract details etc.

Oh ,no Oilers, whit a thought. If ,as is rumoured,we play Englandshire in a friendly in May,and they beat us with Kenny and Alex in charge !,They would go from national fitba heros to national pariahs overnight.Fortunatley there is not a snowballs chance of that ever happening.

Regards, Alan

Saw Gordon Strachan at the Sheffield Wednesday V Burton Albion match on Tuesday night,as there were a few Scottish players eligible to play for Scotland on both sides.Depending who you supported it was a good game(a 1-1 draw).

Oh dear. Where will Carlo Ancellotti go now? Perhaps he'll just retire.

He will be saught after by top clubs around the world with his record for winning trophies. Easily one of the best modern day managers out there. Think retirement will be the furthest thing from his mind.

No he's not retiring but he's going to 'rest' for 10 months! 8)
