Olympic sprinter Usain Bolt is in talks to trial for the Central Coast Mariners which could see him playing in the A-League this year. The eight-time Olympic gold medalist is currently negotiating with the Central Coast club to take part in a six-week trial that could potentially see him signed for a full season, Mariners chief executive Shaun Mielekamp said.
"There’s still a lot of work to do in regards to understanding exactly how the deal would work out and how things would look, but things are very positive at the moment so we’re really excited that looks like a good six week trial period that we’ll be able to facilitate," Mielekamp told Sunrise.

He must have a decent amount of ability then, but whether this happens or not it would be every defender's worst nightmare to be in a race with Usain Bolt for a long through ball.

Mmmn .. a great burst of pace and finish for the first goal - and anticipation for the tap-in second after a wee mix up between the defender and goalkeeper.
