Hey guys the British women's curling team are all Scottish. Its great to hear them shouting instructions to each other from one end of the rink to the other and guess what they have put out Canada.

Every player who has ever represented Great Britain at Curling in any winter Olympics is Scottish. It’s not exactly a popular game in leafy Surrey or the welsh valleys.
I heard it described today as “a cross between marbles and housework..."

Dont think there will be many skeleton courses in Kent either, but its managed to produce double Olympic champion in lizzie yarnold!
Good luck to our women curling team as they usually manage to battle through to a medal position.

There are loads of curling clubs in the north of England and they do play curling in Kent.

There was a guy on the radio yesterday morning saying there is only 1 curling rink in the whole of England, 1 in Wales and 22 in Scotland.

Yes there is only one place that was built exclusively for curling and its in Kent. However curling is played in loads of ice rinks especially in the north of England.
